Chef Brandon Collins, Maille mustard sommelier, and Nicholas Leiss, founder of Farms2Chef’s Table, hike the grounds around Mount Beacon, led by Hudson Valley forager James O’Neil. Together they serve up an amazing "wild to fire" meal out in the woods, enhanced with Maille mustards.

CASE STUDY

BACK STORY

We teamed up with the TDT Marketing Agency to create this four-part documentary series with Chef Brandon, sommelier of Maille Mustards, and friends.  Taking farm-to-table to the next level, they foraged many of the ingredients for a meal in the wilds of New York’s Hudson Valley, then cooked and served it all up in the woods, accented with a variety of Maille Mustards tastings!  We wrapped up the series with a visit to storied Dutch's Spirits in Pine Plains, New York, where Chef Brandon whipped up some amazing specialty cocktails.

CREATIVE APPROACH

We joined Chef Brandon and friends as they trekked through the woods of Beacon, New York, following their lead with our observational lens as we leaned into a verite style. The result was a series of entertaining short doc episodes that, with a light touch, links the Maille brand with the trending outdoor/wild foods movement.
